Since each frame is custom-made using your uploaded photo, all orders are final and cannot be returned. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All custom framed artworks created from customer-uploaded photos are considered final sale. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once production has started.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically crafted within 2–4 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 3–6 days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Where are your products manufactured?
All Madewall frames are carefully crafted in India by experienced framing professionals using high-quality materials to ensure durability and premium finish.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping across most locations in India. In rare cases where additional logistics charges apply, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
