At Madewall, every frame is custom crafted using the photo you upload. Because each order is personalized, we follow a limited return policy to ensure fairness and quality.

Custom Orders

Since all frames are made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your frame arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Replacement Process

If a replacement is approved, our team will recreate and ship your frame as quickly as possible.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
