Can I frame a photo from my phone?

Absolutely. You can upload your photo directly from your phone, preview it with different frame options, and place your order — all from your phone.

Can I change the frame after uploading my image?

Yes. You can explore different framing options after uploading your image and preview each one before choosing the frame you love.

Will my image be cropped?

To fit your image to the selected print size, it may need to be slightly cropped while keeping the best possible composition and image quality. We’ll always aim to preserve your photo in the best way possible. Custom sizes are coming soon, so you’ll have even more flexibility in the future.

Will the original quality of my photo be preserved?

Yes. We preserve the original quality of your uploaded photo as much as possible to ensure your final print looks sharp, detailed, and true to the original image.

Can you frame physical artwork?

Yes. We frame all kinds of flat artwork, including paintings, art prints, canvas prints, and other artwork that can be framed.

Do you offer artwork pickup?

Yes. We currently offer artwork pickup across selected pincodes in Bangalore. We also bring our frame and design samples to your home, so you can see the options in person and make changes to your frame selection if needed.

What happens after my artwork is picked up?

Once your artwork is picked up, our framing experts carefully frame it with the utmost attention to detail. Once the framing is complete, we'll share photos of the finished frame with you for confirmation. After you approve it, we'll safely deliver the framed artwork to your doorstep.

We offer a variety of frame designs to suit different artworks, photographs, and interiors. We’re constantly adding new designs to our collection, so there’s always something new to explore. If you’re unsure which style would work best, our team can also help you choose the right frame for your artwork and space.

Orders & Delivery

Everything you need to know after placing your order.

How long does an order take?

For physical artwork, we aim to deliver your framed artwork within 3 days of pickup. For digital uploads, we usually fulfil orders within 1 day, after which they are shipped through our logistics partners. Overall, delivery typically takes 3–6 days from the date of order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, our logistics partner will share the tracking link with you via email and SMS using the contact details provided at checkout.

What if my framed artwork arrives damaged?

Don’t worry. If your framed artwork arrives damaged, we’ll replace it with a new one. We want your frame to reach you safely and in perfect condition
