How It Works
- Enter the size of your stretched canvas and choose your preferred floating frame.
- Our team will contact you within 2 working days to schedule a pickup.
- We bring physical frame moulding samples during pickup, so you can change your frame selection if needed.
- You'll receive WhatsApp updates throughout the framing process until delivery.
- Your finished floating frame is carefully delivered back to your doorstep, ready to hang.
Canvas Size Guide
The size selected on Madewall refers to the actual size of your stretched canvas, not the final outer dimensions of the frame.
Floating frames create a small gap around the canvas, giving the artwork a clean gallery-style appearance. The finished frame will be slightly larger than your canvas.
- Your canvas remains untouched throughout the framing process.
- The floating gap highlights the edges of the artwork for a premium finish.
- Overall frame dimensions increase slightly depending on the selected frame profile.
Example: A 16 × 20 inch stretched canvas will have a finished outer frame size slightly larger than 16 × 20 inches, depending on the frame you choose.
Shipping & Returns
- Every floating frame is custom made specifically for your canvas.
- We handle your artwork with great care throughout pickup, framing, and delivery.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or returned as each frame is made to order.
- If your frame arrives damaged during delivery, we'll make it right.
