We pick it up. We frame it. We bring it home.
Some pieces are too precious to photograph and upload — an original painting, a canvas, a keepsake passed down to you. For those, our team collects the piece from your doorstep in Bengaluru, frames it by hand, and delivers it back — so it never leaves careful hands.

How Artwork Pickup Works
From the moment you request a pickup to the moment your framed piece is back on your wall, here’s the full journey:
1. Configure your frame online
Give us an approximate size, choose a frame and mat, and preview it against your piece — no need for exact measurements yet.
2. Enter your pincode & pick a date
We'll check that we collect from your area, then you choose a pickup date from the next five days at checkout.
3. Our team calls to confirm
Shortly after you book, someone from Madewall calls to lock in the exact pickup time and any last details.
4. We collect it from your doorstep
Our team picks up your piece in person and takes the exact measurements on the spot, so nothing is left to guesswork.
5. It's framed by hand in our workshop
Your artwork is framed by our craftspeople using the materials you chose, with archival-safe handling throughout.
6. Delivered back to you, ready to hang
The finished piece is securely packaged and delivered straight back to your door.
Pickup Charges
Pickup is priced the same way as our delivery — based on your order value, not treated as a separate add-on:
Orders above ₹5,000
Pickup is completely free — we come to you at no extra cost.
Orders below ₹5,000
A flat ₹350 pickup fee applies, shown upfront at checkout before you confirm anything.
Prefer not to pay a pickup fee at all? You can drop your piece off yourself at our workshop instead — see below.
How We Handle Your Artwork
We know an original painting, a canvas, or a family keepsake can’t simply be reprinted if something goes wrong — so it’s treated that way from the moment we knock on your door.
Measured and inspected in front of you
Our team takes exact measurements and notes the piece’s condition on pickup, so there’s a clear record before it ever leaves your home.
Handled by trained hands, start to finish
The same piece is carried, framed, and packed by our team — it doesn’t pass through a generic courier network at any point.
Packed and delivered with the same care
Once framed, your piece is wrapped in protective materials and delivered back — the same standard we hold every Madewall order to.
Where We Currently Pick Up
Doorstep pickup is currently available across Bengaluru. Enter your pincode when you start framing and we’ll confirm right away whether we collect from your area. Outside Bengaluru? You can still frame with us by uploading a digital photo, or reach out to our team about your specific piece. More on framing in Bangalore.
Prefer To Drop It Off Yourself?
If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to bring your artwork directly to our workshop — this skips the pickup fee entirely, regardless of order value.
