Processing Time
Each frame is made to order, built around your exact photo, artwork, or keepsake — nothing sits pre-made on a shelf. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships. During sale periods or for larger gallery-wall orders, this can run slightly longer, and we’ll let you know if it does.

Total time from order to doorstep is usually processing time plus delivery time above. Remote pin codes and public holidays can occasionally add a day or two.
Shipping Charges
We ship pan-India, and charges depend on what’s in your order:
Digital photo uploads
Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999. A flat ₹199 shipping fee applies below that.
Framed artwork, canvas & pickup orders
Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000; a flat ₹350 fee applies below that. Dropping your piece off yourself at our workshop waives this fee entirely.
Studio pickups and drop-offs are available in Bengaluru — exact options appear at checkout for eligible orders.
Secure Packaging
Every Madewall frame is wrapped and cushioned with protective materials, then boxed to survive the trip — not just to look good arriving. Corners are reinforced and glass or acrylic faces are shielded, so your piece reaches you exactly as it left our workshop, ready to hang.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link by email and SMS so you can follow it the rest of the way. You can also check on an order any time by reaching out to our support team with your order number.
