Products & Services
All our products are custom-made based on customer selections. Due to the personalized nature of our products:

- Product images are for representation purposes only
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after production has begun.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹). Payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within the specified timeline
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location
- Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control

Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.

Your Uploaded Images & Privacy
We only ever use the photo or artwork you upload to print and frame your order — nothing more.
Kept only briefly, and only for your protection
After your order is delivered, we retain your uploaded image for 5–6 days — solely so we can reprint and reframe it if the piece arrives damaged. Once that window passes, the image is permanently deleted from our systems.
Never misused or shared
We don’t sell, misuse, or share your personal images with any third party, for any reason.
Featured only with your permission
If we’d ever like to feature your framed piece or image on our website or social media, we’ll ask you first — nothing is posted without your explicit consent.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, and branding, is the property of madewall.com and may not be used without permission.
