Every frame is made to order. Most arrive within one to two weeks of ordering.

Cut to your size
Frame, mat and acrylic are cut to your exact dimensions, to the millimetre.
UV-protective acrylic
Shatter-safe glazing that blocks 99% of UV, so colours don't fade.
Acid-free mats
Conservation board that won't yellow or stain your artwork.
Hand-finished
Joined, sanded and sealed by our framers, then checked before it leaves.
Secure packaging
Corners reinforced and faces shielded, so it arrives as it left.
Ready to hang
It arrives ready to hang, straight out of the box.

How to measure your artwork
All you need is a tape measure and a minute. Inches or centimetres — use whichever you have.

Measure your artwork
Lay it flat and measure the piece itself — the paper, canvas or fabric you want framed.
- 02
Width — left to right
Run the tape across the top edge, from one side to the other.
- 03
Height — top to bottom
Run the tape down one side, from the top edge to the bottom.
- 04
Write it as width × height
For example 12 × 16 in, or 30.5 × 40.6 cm. Round to the nearest ¼ inch or ½ cm.
Is it a standard paper size?
Most prints and certificates are A4, A3 or A2. If yours is one of these, you already have your measurements.

Common questions
How long does custom framing take?
Every frame is made to order in 2–4 business days. Delivery then takes 2–4 business days to metro cities and 3–6 business days elsewhere. Large gallery-wall orders and sale periods can take a little longer — see shipping.
Do I need exact measurements?
For a digital photo, no — you choose a print size on screen. For a physical piece, a close estimate is fine: we take exact measurements when we collect it. Our measuring guide above shows how.
Can I see the frame before I order?
Yes. You preview each frame and mat on your own photo, at your chosen size, and see the full price before you pay.
Is artwork pickup available outside Bengaluru?
Doorstep pickup is currently available across Bengaluru. Elsewhere in India, you can photograph or scan your piece and frame it as a digital photo.
Can I drop off my artwork instead of booking a pickup?
Yes. You can drop your piece off at our Bengaluru workshop, which also waives the pickup fee. See artwork pickup for details.
Is my original artwork safe with you?
Your piece is measured and its condition noted in front of you. The same team carries, frames and packs it — it never passes through a generic courier network.
How will I know when my order ships?
We send a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

Yes. Every frame is packed securely and arrives ready to hang, straight out of the box.
