How to order custom photo frames online, from phone to wall
Choosing the right photo, checking it's sharp enough, and picking a size and frame — a simple guide to framing your photos online.

Most of the photos that matter to us live on our phones. Framing one online takes a few minutes — here's how to make sure it looks as good on the wall as it does on the screen.
Step 1: Choose the right photo
- Pick a photo that's in focus where it matters — usually the eyes.
- Avoid heavy filters; they often look harsher in print than on screen.
- Photos taken in daylight almost always print better than ones taken in dim light.
Step 2: Use the original file
Photos sent over WhatsApp and most social apps are compressed and shrunk. Ask for the original, or upload straight from the phone or camera that took it. The more detail in the file, the larger you can print it.
If it was forwarded on WhatsApp, ask for the original. It makes a bigger difference than any frame.

Step 3: Pick a size
Choose a size with the same shape as your photo so nothing is cropped — most phone photos are 4:3. Our photo frame sizes guide lists the common sizes in inches and centimetres.

Step 4: Choose a frame and mat
- Black frames suit black-and-white and modern rooms.
- Wood frames feel warm and suit family photos and portraits.
- Gold and champagne frames suit weddings and traditional interiors.
- A mat gives the photo breathing room and keeps it off the acrylic.
You'll see your actual photo inside each frame before you order.
Step 5: We print, frame and deliver
Your photo is printed on archival paper, framed by hand, checked and packed. Frames are usually made in 2–4 business days, then delivered across India — see shipping for delivery times to your pin code.
